ABOUT
As a professional DJ, emerging music producer, computer scientist, and mathematician, I am deeply passionate about music technology. My current academic journey is entirely driven by the limitless potential at the intersection of science, engineering, and sound. My mission is to create groundbreaking tools that not only redefine how artists produce and perform music but also how they experience it.
Currently pursuing my Master’s in Computer Science at the University of Southern California, I am actively researching ways to integrate real-time music performance with cutting-edge software and hardware systems. I am developing advanced tools for music production and live performance, including custom-programmed VSTs and Ableton plug-ins that synchronize DAWs, live coding platforms, MIDI instruments, and generative AI-driven visuals. This project builds upon my passion for crafting interactive audio-visual experiences, such as my Daft Punk-inspired "Technologic" performance, where I programmed music onstage in Sonic Pi and explored the integration of software-driven lighting and design.
Beyond research and performance, I have completed additional courses delving into audio-video compression, psychoacoustics, signal processing, and multimedia system design. My skill set also includes GUI animation, geospatial data visualization, and front-end coding languages relevant for UX/UI. I quickly adapt to new challenges and thrive in fast-paced, creative environments where I can collaborate with equally passionate individuals.
This only scratches the surface of what I hope to accomplish. I look forward to making music technology the core of my career — all while continuing to grow as both an engineer and an artist.
